Build Professional Slides That Do Not Feel Like AI
Consulting-grade complex slides that follow the exact look and feel of your company.
Made for consultants, bankers and strategy teams who build boardroom-style decks
inside PowerPoint, Claude and ChatGPT.
Create stunning slides in PowerPoint — and CEO-ready documents in Claude and ChatGPT

What Oria does
| Feature | What it means | |
|---|---|---|
| 01 | Slides that do not look AI-generated | None of the boxy, template-stacked look. Layouts structured to consulting standards. |
| 02 | Multiple design options with one click | Compare distinct design options instantly. Never settle for a single default draft. |
| 03 | Precisely follows the brand | Well beyond base colours and fonts — your firm's exact look and feel. |
| 04 | Fully editable, native output | Real PowerPoint shapes, never images. Refine every element as you always do. |
Built for every slide scenario — turn rough ideas, an audio note or a brain dump into CEO-ready slides · paste structured output from Claude or ChatGPT and get polished designs · upload an existing slide and get a cleaner one back · snap a photo of handwritten notes and get fully editable slides.
Enterprise-grade security — zero data retention, working artifacts self-destruct within one hour · Oria does not use your content to train or fine-tune models · enterprise agreements with leading AI providers · fully private cloud or on-premise deployments.
"I've been looking for AI tools to create PowerPoint slides. The best one I've found so far is Oria."

Claude Finance Skills
Three full agent packs plus 12 standalone skills, for investment banking, private equity and corporate finance.
These follow the shape of a live deal: read the business, build the range, test whether the money works, and write the memo that gets a decision. They carry the discipline that usually only survives in a senior person's head — that the EV-to-equity bridge has to be built once and applied to every method, that a peer set of 25 names is a peer set of 6 with 19 names hiding the analysis, that synergies decide the deal and financing decides the day-one math, and that gates are tested before uses of capital are ranked, not waved through afterwards.
They are analytical craft, not spreadsheet automation. They tell Claude what a valuation, a comps page, an LBO return or an IC memo must contain and where each one usually goes wrong. Six of the twelve run past 1,800 words, with the workflow, the failure modes and the pitfalls written out in full.
They were written by Oria and published free. If you want the output rendered as native, editable slides at the end of it, that is what Oria does.
The packs
Three complete packs live under packs/. Each one is the same set that ships as a zip from oria.one, so whichever route you arrived by, the contents match what the page promised.
| Pack | Contents | Shape |
|---|---|---|
packs/finance-agents | 50 agents for financial modelling, planning and FP&A, valuation, stress-testing, treasury and reporting | Claude Code project subagents, one .md per agent under agents/, plus routing and quick-start guides |
packs/investment-banking | 60 agents covering a transaction end to end: research, valuation, M&A execution, deal management, capital raising, negotiation, project management and governance | Agent Skills, one folder per agent under skills/ |
packs/private-equity | 30 skills across the eight stages of the deal cycle: screening, CIM teardown, diligence, commercial analysis, scenario modelling, the IC memo, value creation and exit | Agent Skills, one folder per skill under skills/ |
Each pack carries its own README with the full index and per-group counts. The 12 standalone skills below predate the packs and are kept because they are linked from elsewhere; where a topic appears in both, the pack version is the maintained one.
The skills
Value the company — build the range and defend it
| Skill | What it does |
|---|---|
valuation-triangulator | Reconciles DCF, trading comps, precedents, the LBO floor and premiums paid into one defended range — the football field, the weighting logic, and the bridge from enterprise value to equity value per share. |
trading-comps-builder | Cuts a long list down to 6–12 true peers with disciplined selection tests, calendarized metrics, consistent EBITDA adjustments and documented outlier treatment. |
precedent-transaction-screener | Screens M&A precedents through five filters and adjusts for cycle, deal structure and buyer type, so the set reflects what a control buyer would pay today rather than deal count. |
Test the deal — does the money actually work
| Skill | What it does |
|---|---|
accretion-dilution-tester | Builds the accretion/dilution case from sources and uses, marginal financing cost, synergy phasing, tax mechanics and intangible amortization — ending in a sensitivity table, not a headline number. |
lbo-returns-analysis | Structures the sponsor returns case: capital structure, bear/base/bull operating assumptions, MOIC and IRR sensitivity to entry multiple, exit multiple and leverage, plus covenant headroom. |
capital-allocation-advisor | Ranks reinvestment, M&A, debt paydown, buyback, dividend and cash buffer by spread over cost of capital, with leverage, liquidity and covenant limits applied as hard gates before anything is ranked. |
Diligence and decide — read the business, then write the memo
| Skill | What it does |
|---|---|
company-teardown | Reverse-engineers the business from disclosure — revenue decomposition, fixed/variable/stranded cost structure, capital intensity, concentration and governance — before a model is built on top of it. |
cim-red-flag-reviewer | Reads a CIM as a sceptical buyer would, bridging reported to economically-adjusted EBITDA and building the risk register across seven areas that otherwise surface six weeks later in QofE. |
earnings-and-filings-teardown | Reduces a 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K or earnings call to a one-page brief with a source tag on every figure and a "so what" line per section, refusing to fill gaps from memory. |
ic-memo-drafting | Drafts the investment committee memo end to end — thesis, business description, diligence findings, risk matrix, returns and recommendation — in institutional prose that survives cross-examination. |
Venture and early stage
Two focused, compact skills. They are deliberately short — roughly 150 words each against 1,400–2,300 for the skills above — and they exist because the rest of this repo assumes a company with history to underwrite. Both are method-selection guardrails rather than full workflows, and both refuse to produce a number the data does not support.
| Skill | What it does |
|---|---|
startup-valuation-brief | Picks the valuation methods the available data actually supports, names the rejected alternatives, and returns a scenario range with an evidence ledger — or a preparation plan when the inputs are not there. |
priced-round-dilution | Runs the pre-money/post-money and ownership bridge for a simple priced round, and stops the moment SAFEs, notes, pool top-ups, warrants, secondary or fees appear. Ships a working helper, scripts/dilution.py, which refuses any input outside that simple case. |
Install
Each skill is a folder containing a SKILL.md with YAML frontmatter, following the Agent Skills format. priced-round-dilution and startup-valuation-brief also carry a references/ file, and priced-round-dilution a scripts/ folder — keep the folder intact when you copy it.
Claude Code — clone into your skills directory:
git clone https://github.com/andreworia/claude-finance-skills.git
cp -r claude-finance-skills/skills/* ~/.claude/skills/
Claude app (web, desktop, mobile) — go to Settings → Capabilities → Skills and upload a skill folder, or zip one and upload it.
A single skill — copy just the folder you want. Each one is self-contained.
Usage
Skills load themselves when the conversation matches their description. You can also name one directly:
Use the cim-red-flag-reviewer skill on this CIM. We are considering
an IOI at 11x adjusted EBITDA and I want the risk register first.
Use trading-comps-builder. Target is a European B2B software business,
€180m revenue, 62% recurring. Here is the long list of 34 names.
A natural chain for a buy-side process:
company-teardown → cim-red-flag-reviewer → trading-comps-builder
→ precedent-transaction-screener → valuation-triangulator
→ lbo-returns-analysis → ic-memo-drafting
For a corporate acquirer, swap lbo-returns-analysis for accretion-dilution-tester, and run capital-allocation-advisor first to check the deal beats the alternative uses of the same cash. For an early-stage target, start at startup-valuation-brief and use priced-round-dilution for the round mechanics.
Then bring the output into PowerPoint with Oria to get native, editable shapes rather than an image of a slide.
Why these exist
Oria builds the AI that renders complex, professional slides inside PowerPoint, and a lot of what goes onto those slides is deal work — football fields, comps pages, returns bridges, IC memos. Writing the product meant writing down how that analysis is actually built and where it usually breaks. None of it is proprietary, so it is published here for free.
